This position serves as a Management and Program Analyst for the Office of Airports (ARP), in an Airports District Office/Region.
Duties
Performs a combination of routine and multiple and varying assignments under the general direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional. Applies experience and detailed knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in carrying out the work of the organization; and applies these procedures and practices within the framework of established guidelines to accomplish assignments. Typical assignments include using a variety of tools to gather and extract data/information from multiple sources, conducting comprehensive research, analyzing results, identifying problems, applying agency/federal government
wide policies and procedures and working with higher level and lower-level professionals to perform day-to-day operations.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements: To qualify at the FV-G pay band level, applicants must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to at least the next lower pay band or grades (FV-F or GS-FG-5-9).Specialized experience must be at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the next lower level. Experience must be directly related to the position to be filled which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties.FV-G Specialized experience includes Experience utilizing various automated databases, software programs and tools (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to gather and extract data from multiple sources and/or provide administrative and program support to an organization of professional/ technical staff. Experience performing administrative functions, such as procurement of supplies/services, time and attendance, budget, and travel. Experience with project and/or grant managementQualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
