Duties
You will serve as the Facility Organization Property Administrator (OPA).
You will manage the Transportation Hub Tool, monitor mileage report submissions from vehicle users, and submit monthly mileage report to NAVFAC Transportation Liaison.
You will manage QR code/fuel key reprogramming and card replacements. Reviews and validates new FY estimates for long-term and ST vehicles, maintenance and bulk fuel.
You will coordinate vehicle purchase requests (PRs) between Budget Financial Managers (BFMs) and NAVFAC.
You will manage replacement license plates, corrective and preventative maintenance (CM and PM) for smog checks and oil changes, and vehicle turn in or trades.
You will track and report on government furnished property.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.

- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: collects, maintains, and files the maintenance logs for all vehicles on a monthly basis; and evaluates vehicle requirements, including towing capacity, gross vehicle weight, types of hitches, passenger and cargo requirements, fuel requirements, and bed type; and recommends a vehicle that will meet those requirements.

Education
In lieu of experience, education may be substituted with the following:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
