Duties
You will function as the Program Analyst for the SDA requirements and resourcing portfolio within the NAVSPECWARCOM Acquisition Programs Department (N87).
You will oversee and influence program execution within his/her portfolio to ensure that NAVSPECWARCOM capability requirements are met in accordance with the associated validated overarching requirements documents.
You will provides comprehensive program analysis for resourcing acquisition and sustainment requirements which cross multiple programs and budget lines.
You will develop and maintain strong professional relationships with their PM/APM counterparts, engaging them on a regular basis to discuss programmatic concerns and/or to confirm program status.
You will regularly attend formal Program Office Requirement Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings to advocate for NSW's interests.
Requirements

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: purchase, develop, field or sustain artificial intelligence capabilities with algorithms or behaviors for a command; and enhance operational effectiveness or resource efficiency by building or managing the development of complex information systems (i.e. hybrid clouds, military command and control networks, commercial telecommunications networks, virtual/simulated environments, driverless cars, social media, etc.).
