Duties

Ensure that documents received are complete, accurate, and properly filed. Receive, log, and file reports and other documents including contract documents, submittals, inspection reports, correspondence with contractors, and project closeout documents. Maintain records in accordance with established procedures. Work with internal and external customers to ensure that all project documents are received and accessible.

  • Appointment to this position is subject to a one year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 5% of the time.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).
