You will serve as a SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Material Readiness Section of OFFICE OF THE COMMANDING GENERAL.
This position is eligible for part time, substantial or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
Duties
You will through extensive research and fact finding research, resolve discrepancies with corrective action.
You will keep current with all fiscal, maintenance and supply automated information systems (AIS).
You will provide data and assistance in budget formulation and execution.
You will facilitate the development, submission, and executions of authorized purchase requests.
You will receive, receipt, receipt and process submitted invoices.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- You may be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
Qualifications
GS-07
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting in supply management, fiscal and logistical support using automated systems.
GS-09
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: demonstrating work in contracting, property control, requisitioning, credit card, fiscal and other supply management activities.
