Qualifications

ASSESSMENT FACTORS1. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of relevant Information Security regulations, guidelines, laws, and directives.2. Anticipates problems and obstacles associated with moderately complex projects and proactively develop creative solutions to address them prior to implementation.3. Crafts effective recommendations for highly complex or sensitive situations that incorporate strategic direction by identifying the impact of the course of action.4. Develops a basic plan that prioritizes security tasks and resources needed to complete a defined goal.5. Applies INFOSEC security policies to standard situations and advises on the supplication of policies to moderately complex situations in accordance with laws and regulations.HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. COCOM experience working in a Special Security Office.2. Knowledge and experience working with Information Security, Original Classification Authority, E O 13526, and Classification Management.3. Experience reviewing operational and intelligence reports to identify original Classification Authority and determine classification.
