Duties
You will supervise a group of employees and provide administrative functions such as scheduling or approving leave, evaluating work performance of subordinates; and supporting Equal Employment Opportunity principles and practices.
You will plan use of equipment, facilities, and materials on a week-to-week or month-to-month basis.
You will establish deadlines, priorities, work sequences, and plan work assignments based on general work schedules, methods, and policies set by higher level management.
You will conduct site visits for complex and/or high priority work.
You will maintain and balance workload by shifting assignments, workers and other resources under own control to achieve the most effective work operations.
You will evaluate work operations and reviews completed work operations with the supervisors of other organizations and functions.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will evaluate work operations and reviews completed work operations with the supervisors of other organizations and functions.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- This position requires rotating shift work.
- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license within 10 days of appointment.
- You are required to possess an HVAC Technical Certification and am certified as Type: Universal Technician as required by 40 CFR, Part 82, Sub-Part F. NOTE: You must provide a copy along with your application.
