You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the Naval Education and Training Command, NETC N6 Information Technology of NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND.
Duties
You will plan, direct, manage and control all aspects of acquisition and delivery of Information Technology (IT)/ Information Management (IM) systems.
You will develop IT/IM acquisition strategies to determine the most efficient means for contracting various phases of IT/IM systems acquisition.
You will direct the development of economic analysis/return on investment on technologies used or proposed for implementation.

- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area Data Analyst/Data Administration level expert within 12 months of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Supporting the budget, execution, and POM process; 2) Interfacing with other agencies and commands related to assigned projects to achieve program success; 3) Identifying funding and implementation of cost-effective measures related to IT requirements; 4) Conducting analyses to determine most efficient means for contracting and procurement of IT requirements
