Duties

You will provide administrative support and may serve as a coordinator and analyst for HR IT Systems for the NAVSUP Enterprise. You will provide support and advice regarding the HR systems’ access processes to Command Partners. You will perform a variety of technical, administrative, and clerical support services within the department for HR management and various HR programs. You will be responsible for pulling, processing request for, and delivering various personnel data reports from HRLINK, or other systems. You will assist the HR Department with developing, coordinating and maintaining SharePoint sites. You will support program managers with HR IT System programs, such as straight forward system functionality and processes. You will assist in contract maintenance for the HR Department, such as computer software contracts.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing a variety of technical, administrative, and clerical support services. Examples of specialized experience may include the following: 1) Maintaining electronic and manual files, preparing miscellaneous documents and correspondence, and locating information or documents as requested by others; 2) Pulling, processing requests for, and delivering various personnel data reports from HRLINK, or other systems and data bases; 3) Developing, coordinating, running audits and reports, and maintaining SharePoint sites; 4) Researching systems problems, such as hosting, basic infrastructure, support structure, governing regulations, and common system issues; 5) Submitting and managing IT trouble tickets for higher level issues.
