You will serve as a Supply Technician in the NROTC, University of Oklahoma of NROTC NORMAN OK.

Duties

You will query automated supply systems extracting information to resolve data discrepancies, respond to questions, provide status, or verify information. You will receive telephone calls and visitors for the staff members. You will coordinate inventory management requirements for supplies and equipment. You will execute an adaptive plan in support of dynamic customer and supplier environments.

• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying supply regulations, policies, procedures, techniques and methods to maintain materials and supplies; 2) Maintaining automated supply systems/programs in accordance with procedures; 3) Tracking supply budget and reporting to verify available funding for the procurement of supplies; and 4) Practicing the execution of property management procedures and material control.
