You will serve as a Planning Coordinator Analyst in the Quality Assurance Office, Code 130 of PSNS and IMF.
Duties
You will support the application, maintenance, and efficiency of the quality assurance work performed in Code 130.
You will liaison for planning, coordinating and ensuring execution of the delivery of products and services in reports, information technology liaison services, updates and access, supply management, and safety.
You will serve as the Code 130 planner representative for all credit card and JMLs for supplies and equipment orders, such as office furniture and administrative office supplies, IT equipment, and Divisional specialized equipment.
You will coordinate, advise, and consult with supervision on materials, equipment and manpower requirements for the Codes and identify potential problems and offer resolution.
You will plan and conduct departmental surveys, perform audits, independently initiate and complete projects, and provide advisory services to management officials regarding departmental needs and support.
You will analyze and evaluate quantitative or qualitative effectiveness of departmental program operations in meeting established goals and objectives.

- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS 07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating program data, administrative functions or processes to provide management with supply, equipment and manpower requirements.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree. OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree. OR
Successful completion of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled. OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
