Duties

Provide advice to the Directorate's leadership and staff on overall technical management administrative matters within the Directorate of Public Works. Serve as the Records Information Management Officer for the Directorate of Public Works. Oversee the directorate's employees' annual mandatory training to provide leadership a monthly report. Review various standard forms for accuracy and completeness Serve as a Payroll Coordinator for the Directorate with responsibilities to include data entry, corrections, inquiries and biweekly reports. Administer the directorate's personnel management actions to include initiating Request for Personnel Action (RPA). Manage employees work schedules, time, and attendance data through the Automated Time, Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS). Create various manpower reports for the Director and Division Chiefs.

OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Business Administration or Business Management. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
