About the Position: This position is with the United States Army Reserves Command, Chief of Staff Army Reserve, Equal Employment Opportunity located at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin.

Duties

Provide internal management services, assistance, and guidance to command and servicing activities. Monitor Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Cases and ensure case files are complete. Establish and maintain files in accordance with regulatory requirements. Prepare letters, memorandums, notes, and presentations. Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings. Utilize a variety of automated office equipment and software to perform administrative duties. Receive telephone calls and greet visitors. Conduct pre-complaint counseling and interviews with employees and applicants. Redact Personal Identification Information (PII) from complaint files and coordinate file upload with the Directorate. Manage time and attendance of payroll for the office.
