About the Position: This SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST position is assigned to the Program Executive Office, Command Control Communications-Tactical Network (PEO C3T),PMO I2S (6MB) BUSINESS MANAGEMENT DIVISION Located in APG, MD.
Duties
Serves as Branch Chief of the financial management and budget execution functional area in the Business Management Division.
Establishes program goals and objectives, develops resource estimates, and determines resource allocations for an ever-changing organization.
Ensures program objectives, planning, and execution include consideration and coordination with similar Department of the Army (DA) programs.
Develops and presents convincing oral/written presentations to all levels of government and industry management.
Analyzes, coordinates, and recommends proposals and revisions to DoD, other/joint service, DA or industry initiatives and policies for assigned programs.
Performs the full range of administrative and technical supervisory duties.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for BUSINESS - FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT (BUS-FM) Certification within 48 months of entry on duty.
- This position is a Critical Acquisition Position (CAP) and requires a 3-year tenure agreement.
- This position requires the incumbent to possess 4 years of Acquisition experience.
- A one year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Conducting studies, analyzing findings OR making recommendations on substantive operating programs; 2) Overseeing the planning, programming, and budget execution (PPBES) process to ensure compliance. 3) Formulating program management policies and procedures in support of mission requirements.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (NH-03 or GS-13).
