As a Realty Services Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, direction, coordination and supervision of all operations, maintenance and custodial, assignments, utilization, construction, alterations and repairs conducted by the field office.
Location of Position: Public Buildings Service, Property Management Division, Philadelphia, PA.
We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
Duties
The major duties of the Realty Services Manager, GS-1101-14 include but are not limited to the following:
Requirements
- US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)
- Meet all eligibility criteria within 30 days of the closing date
- Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable
- Register with the Selective Service if you are a male born after 12/31/1959
- Have a valid U.S. driver's license

The GS-14 salary range starts at $134,468.00 per year. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience providing leadership in planning, executing, evaluating, overseeing, and/or administering a large, multi-faceted real property program (i.e., Commercial (not residential) Building/Facilities Operations such as Maintenance, Energy Management, Safety and Environmental Management, Custodial Services, Lease Management, Design, Construction, Space Planning, Procurement, Project Management and/or Business Metrics).
