Duties
You will serve as Lead Supply Technician providing technical and administrative guidance and assistance to lower grade support personnel.
You will provide administrative guidance to the warehouse unit personnel.
You will relay information to employees on changes in policy, directives, and procedures.
You will be responsible for property management operations that include acquisition, receiving, and property accountability.
You will provide authorization for purchases of items in accordance with the local contracting office directives when normal supply channels cannot meet requested requirements.
You will make periodic usage checks and special inspections to ensure proper and efficient use of material and equipment.
You will develop training material to provide orientation to new hand receipt holder of their responsibilities and obligations regarding no expandable property.
You will assist and advise auditors and inspectors by explaining overall accountability, policies and procedures, apparent discrepancies of information, and deviations from established regulations and procedures.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Understanding and applying the concepts, methods, and strategies for overseeing the physical arrival, safeguarding, maintenance, and allocation of assets, including the identification of suitable storage location while providing required services and/or resolving supply program issues.
