Duties
You will serve as an IT Cybersecurity Specialist (PLCYPLN-INFOSEC) and be responsible for managing information technology projects.
Qualifications
To qualify at the GS-13 grade level, applicants must have at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
Specialized experience must include the following:
Working with IT infrastructure projects, providing advice on costs, design concepts and/or design changes;
Working with customers, stakeholders, sponsors, and other IT service providers to elicit requirements, resources and prioritization;
Participating in collaborative IT teams in a matrixed environment and integrated product teams focused on organizational strategic issues and initiatives; and
Preparing and presenting IT project briefs, technical proposals to supervisors & Senior Leaders.
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
In addition to meeting the specialized experience requirement, you must also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.

NOTE: Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level.
