Joining the Secret Service, Office of Professional Responsibility will allow you to manage all aspects of the Anti-Harassment Program (AHP) and serve as a subject matter expert on the processes, procedures, and legal requirements for addressing discriminatory harassment allegations.

Duties
The selectee will serve as an Program Manager (Anti-Harassment) in the Office of Professional Responsibility. Typical work assignments include:
Developing agency-wide anti-harassment program goals, and objectives;
Managing and overseeing changes to anti-harassment policies and internal operating procedures.
Conducting regular evaluations of the effectiveness and adequacy of program operations to ensure compliance.
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders on program functions and other pertinent program information.
Managing and evaluating work assignments and employee performance.
Qualifications
Applicants must demonstrate that they meet Minimum Qualification/Specialized Experience requirements as noted below
Minimum Qualifications:
You qualify for the GS-14 level (starting salary $139,395.00) if you possess one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-13 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing all the following duties:
Developing, updating, or implementing anti-harassment policies and anti-harassment program operating procedures;
Assisting in evaluating program operations for compliance and efficiency;
Reviewing and editing reports of investigation to identify issues and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policy;
Creating, disseminating, and/or conducting anti-harassment training to advise and educate stakeholders; and
Leading or directing the work of a team and/or subordinate staff (i.e. assigning work, developing performance standards, making authoritative decisions regarding personnel actions, etc.).

Time-in-Grade Requirements: Under competitive merit promotion procedures, any individual who is currently holding, or who has held within the previous 52 weeks, a General Schedule position under a non-temporary appointment in the competitive or excepted service, must meet "time-in-grade" requirements (have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade of the grade for which you are applying). Time-In-Grade requirements also apply to current employees applying for a Veterans Employment Opportunities Act of 1998 (VEOA) appointment. NOTE: All current or former Federal employees must provide a copy of their SF-50 (you may need to submit more than one), "Notice of Personnel Action" that indicates proof of status and time-in-grade eligibility. The SF-50 must include your position, title, series, grade, step, tenure (1 or 2), and type of service (Competitive or Excepted).

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
