You will serve as a Lead Training Specialist in the Learning Standards Division (LSD) at Expeditionary Warfare Training Group of EWTGLANT.

Duties

You will apply expert knowledge in the development of instructional material for the Navy and Marine Corps. You will provide assistance and oversight in the analysis of curriculum to ensure it complies with appropriate orders and directives. You will direct and assist training specialists in the planning and prioritization of work. You will articulate and communicate team assignments, projects, and problems to be solved.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing training curriculums, instructional design, and instructional programs; 2) Demonstrating outstanding leadership skills to positively interact with co-works and employees; 3) Tracking multiple instructional related projects until completion; and 4) Overseeing course databases to ensure accuracy. Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in Education or a subject area related to the position to be filled
OR
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Education or a subject area related to the position to be filled.
OR
Successful completion of an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
