About the Position: Serves as Branch Chief and senior Program Manager of the Sacramento District Interagency & International Support (IIS) Branch within the Programs and Project Management Division dedicated to execution of projects and programs.
Location negotiable. Actual salary will be determined on the geographic location of placement.
Duties
Oversee Mega-like projects requiring additional oversight and tracking to mitigate contractual and project risks.
Certify allocation of resources are in accordance with policies to ensure funds are spent as authorized.
Manage project budgets for final approval.
Provide leadership in establishing and maintaining effective and efficient project management processes.
Direct employees in management of projects through the control of the project parameters of cost, budget, schedule, scope and quality.
Represent the District at meetings, briefings, conferences, and hearings with internal and external contacts on matters related to proposed or approved projects.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes:
1.) Leading multi-disciplinary teams to manage construction projects relating to Civil Works, Department of Veteran Affairs, Interagency and International Services, or MILCON projects.
AND
2.) Advising senior leaders on technical engineering matters in support of projects in design and construction.
