About the Position: Incumbent serves as Chief, Budget and Manpower Branch for the U.S. Army Audit Agency and is responsible for the overall planning, coordinating, integrating, managing, and supervising of the administrative and resource related functions of the Agency.
Duties
Provide technical and supervisory guidance to the workforce management team members.
Evaluate work performance of subordinates.
Responsible for the overall administration of DTS as the Agency’s Organizational Lead Defense Travel Administrator (DTA) and Finance DTA.
Utilize the agencies accounting system of record such as: General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) for all processing of financial transactions.
Direct and oversee agency Manpower program and advises management on regulations and policies associated therewith.
Serves as advisor on financial matters, including developing, coordinating, evaluating and inaugurating improvements in programs in order to satisfy Agency mission and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Overnight and local travel may be required. The amount of business travel will vary depending on assignment and will generally be no more than 20%.
- The incumbent of this position will be required to complete and file a Financial Disclosure Statement (SF 450/OGE-450).
