Duty Location: Elephant Butte, New Mexico
Duties
This position is based in the Storage Group Elephant Butte Field Division, Power Office, Upper Colorado Region, with the duty station in Elephant Butte, NM. The selected candidate will provide property and supply management operations and technical support to the division, along with simplified acquisition administrative support.
Duties include but not limited to:
Serve as the primary technical resource for property management.
Provide technical expertise in various supply, warehousing, and property management disciplines.
Maintain and update motor vehicle reporting systems.
Requisition supplies and equipment.
Oversee space utilization and disposal of property, inventory and accountability management, and equipment maintenance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required specialized experience and/or education for the respective grade level in which you are applying:
Specialized Experience: Applicants must have one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-06 grade level in the Federal service (obtained either in the private or public sectors) performing three (3) of the following: 1) utilizing computer based programs and web-based systems to maintain or report supply inventory; 2) requisitioning and distributing supplies and materials within an organization; 3) providing information on property and supply management, and procurement activities; and/or 4) conducting detailed inventory on accountable property.

One year of specialized experience is equivalent to 12 months at 40 hours per week. Part-time hours are prorated. You will not receive any credit for experience that does not indicate exact hours per week or is listed as "varies".
You must meet all Eligibility and Qualification requirements, including any selective placement factors if applicable, by 11/07/2024.
