Serves at Team Lead for Flight Program Operations Reimbursable Team. Provides leadership to analysts responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of policies and systems for Flight Program Operations financial matters.

Duties

Is a recognized subject matter expert for all Flight Program Operations reimbursable agreements to include knowledge of financial management for different appropriations (e.g., OPS, F&E, Franchise) in the flight program. Serves as a Team Lead, providing information to the manager on performance of the team and individuals. Also observes training needs and relays those needs to the manager. Coaches the team, and explains team goals and objectives, while assisting the team in organizing and accomplishing work. Relays requests for resources and supplies to management. Communicates assignments, milestones, and deadlines to the team and individuals based on management's instructions.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
  • Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).
  • Successful completion of a security investigation may be required.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

To qualify for this FV-J (FG/GS-14) position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-I (FG/GS-13) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE includes experience with federal government acquisition and agreement policies, rules, and regulations; experience with funds certification and procurement processes including contract regulations; experience performing various contract and agreement management activities; experience assigning tasks, aligning efforts, addressing conflicts and building trust within a team.Applicants should include examples of specialized experience in their work history.Qualifications must be met by the closing date of the announcement.
