Duties

Performs various technical and administrative duties to assist Course Mangers in managing academic courses. Selects appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, and professional development classes. Coordinates and assists with the production of course surveys and After- Action Reports. Manage all aspects of personnel management, including continuing legal education, certification, administration, and readiness of civilian and military personnel in multiple geographic locations. Works with stakeholders to publicize related speakers and events, educational opportunities, workshops and seminars. Maintains and inputs training records in curriculum database.
