Duties

You will perform general building maintenance. You will perform locksmith duties, which include installation and repair of various types of locks to include but not limited to combination locks, cipher and high-security combination locks used on doors, safes and vaults. You will repair door problems by means of various solutions like shimming, replacing damaged or worn parts, making adjustments etc. You will remove, installs and repair roofing consisting of asphalt shingles, built-up roofs, cold and hot process type roofs, and roll roofing.

• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
• Incumbent is subject to periodic counterintelligence (CI) scope polygraphs.
• Employee is required to drive government vehicles and possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must obtain licenses for forklift, personnel lift, etc.
• Required to complete safety training related to the work.
• Employee must obtain respirator certification.
