You will serve as a OFFICE AUTOMATION CLERK in the Bachelor of Housing Division of MARINE CORPS BASE.
Duties
You will receive and answer routine telephone inquiries or refer to staff members.
You will maintain timesheets and associated documents as required by pertinent regulations.
You will maintain and update phone rosters with applicable points of contact and employees.
You will assist travelers within the Division with authorizations and vouchers.
You will prepare and maintain Individual Development Plans and schedule employees for training as courses become available.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least six months of general experience in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.

Education

- Successful completion of at least one full academic year of education above high school;
