You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Business Department of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR JACKSONVILLE.
Duties
You will research programs and issues to provide comprehensive analytic and evaluative assessments for programs and strategic initiatives.
You will assist in the development and periodic review of cost reduction measures, customer agreements, process standardization efforts, coordination of compliance with higher authority policy, tools and systems.
You will advise leadership on recommended program, policy and process options for overall fiscal solvency and mission accomplishments
You will conduct research and analysis of complex process and program issues to prepare precise program related financial data and make recommendations
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing technical, analytical and program management work which requires an applied knowledge of the Product & Service program to evaluate the productivity and efficiency of the government programs. Examples of specialized experience may include the following:1) Experience in budget and manpower to review and coordinate the end of year fiscal closeout processes to facilitate execution of all the programs within allocated resources; 2) Process performance metrics, including productivity measures; 3) Develop finding options and resolve anticipated funding shortfalls; and 4) Utilizing Navy Enterprise Resource Planning ( N-ERP) SAP functionalities to execute program efficiencies.
