About the Position: This position is with the Joint Munitions Command located at Blue Grass Army Depot in Richmond Kentucky. This position serves as a Transportation Assistant (Office Automation) facilitating Do-It-Yourself Moving Programs as an arbitrator between service members and contractors.

Duties

Facilitates inbound and outbound shipments under the Do-It-Yourself (DITY) Moving Program. Resolves customer concerns and complaints. Exercises regulatory authority in the Transportation Office with the personal property program. Acts as arbitrator between service members and contractors.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 5% of the time.
  • This position requires you to participate in Chemical Accident/Incident Response and Assist CAIRA situations after being trained for the particular duty involved.
