You will service as an EDUCATION AND TRAINING SPECIALIST in the Navy Reserve Professional Development Center (NRPDC) of NAVRESPRODEVCEN.
Duties
You will be responsible for working on curriculum development, maintenance, course designing and redesigning.
You will be responsible for providing consultation to team members on technical work matters as well as guidance on administrative matters.
You will be responsible for actively support programs relating to the training and advancement of department members.
You will be responsible for developing, delivering and maintaining curricula for NRPDC courses.
You will be responsible for providing training solutions.
You will be responsible for developing or adapting materials for training in areas identified as deficient.
You will be responsible for gathering, processing, evaluating and summarizing reports of critiques from internal and external sources.
You will be responsible for maintaining master course files of all NRPDC curricula IAW NETC guidance and preparing all FCR documentation prior to inspections.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience on educational theories, principles, practices and techniques.
Experience developing, initiating, and reviewing schoolhouse training materials for effectiveness, supportability, maintainability, and instructional capability of training systems and programs under NRPDC.
Experience on the NETC programs, policies, and procedures, to include instructional systems design and teach methodologies and training requirements.
Experience with AIM II, CPM/LOM, Fleet Training Management and Planning Systems (FLTMPS), CeTARS/NITRAS, and data entry service.
Experience on the Navy's ISD process for the application of PADDIE+M.
Experience preparing and presenting findings and recommendations and the ability to write technical documents.
