Qualifications
NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements, including any requirements described in the Education section, by the closing date of this announcement.
To qualify for the GS-12 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 level defined as designing, developing, and maintaining databases; using information systems and software applications to analyze and manage data sets; and preparing and delivering briefings, reports, and/or presentations.
Your application package will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:
Skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques to identify, analyze, and resolve a range of problems.
Knowledge of contract administration and post-award procedures.
Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
Knowledge of machine learning, predictive analysis, prescriptive analysis, and optimization.
Skill in technical and analytical writing.
Knowledge of standards and requirements for competition to prepare statements of work and justifications.
Ability to administer post-award procedures and advise Contractor Officer on performance.
Skill in oral communication.

Education
You must have a bachelor's or higher degree from an accredited or pre-accredited college or university in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, or field directly related to the position; OR a combination of education and experience with courses equivalent to a major field of study (30 semester hours), as listed.
