You will serve as a Program Manager of NAVAL HISTORY HERITAGE CMD DETACH.
Duties
You will advise management on requirements vis-a-vis long range restoration and maintenance plans.
You will provide guidance and recommend action to cover complex problems faced by 18th century shipbuilders and craftsmen.
You will conduct research pertaining to late 1700’s and early 1800 shipbuilding techniques and practices.
You will determine program goals and develop work plans for projects.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing a knowledge of shipbuilding, managerial and administrative principles and practices that enables employees to serve as a recognized expert and to recommend policy and program objectives. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Advise management on requirements vis-a-vis long range restoration and maintenance plans; 2) Provide guidance and recommend action to cover complex problems faced by 18th century shipbuilders and craftsmen; 3) Conduct research pertaining to late 1700's and early 1800 shipbuilding techniques and practices; Determine program goals and develop work plans for projects.
