You will serve as a Housing Management Assistant in the Housing Programs (N93) of NAVSTA
Duties
You will address family housing issues in order to implement action as appropriate.
You will coordinate housing projects by maintaining liaison with command officials.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Providing information via telephone, email and in person on a variety of subjects relating to housing for military personnel; (2) Ensuring proper record keeping in the Housing Module of enterprise Military Housing (eMH); (3) Monitoring the assignment of tenants to quarters to ensure government housing is utilized appropriately; (4) Preparing appropriate housing reports or documentation concerning occupancy, vacancy, placement or other related activities; and (5) Counseling customers regarding the availability, type, and size of housing available.
