Duties

Make minor corrective adjustments to bowling alley machinery and perform periodic preventive maintenance on automatic handling equipment. Clean and condition bowling lanes and return racks. Maintain proper stock levels of spare parts and pins for automatic pin setter and mechanical equipment. Assist with general maintenance and cleaning of bowling facilities.

Requirements

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
  • Must attend Team Member Orientation within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be available to work rotating shifts.
  • This is a flexible position. Flexible positions have no guaranteed hours. A flexible employee serves in a continuing position on a scheduled or as needed basis.
  • Must be able to successfully complete health assessment.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift light and medium weight items.
  • Must be available for Community Events that Business Operations Division supports. The events include, but not limited to, Oktoberfest, Freedom Fest, Children’s Fest, and Winterfest.
  • Satisfactory completion of safety training with Bowling Equipment Repairer Leader within 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

No prior training or work experience required. Applicant must: 1. Be able to understand and follow written instructions 2. Have ability to handle tools and equipment used 3. Be physically able to frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds 4. Be able to actively bend, stoop, reach and work in awkward positions.
