About the position: This position will be assigned to the Landings Club on Dover Air Force Base. As a FLEX employee, you may work anywhere between 0-40 hours per week, on an as needed basis.

Duties

The purpose of the position is to perform simple manual tasks. Performs a variety of tasks which include but are not limited to the following: Opens, unpacks, and removes contents of cartons and places them where directed; performs general housekeeping duties such as packing up trash and paper from designated areas; pulls weeds, waters grass, and rakes leaves. May perform duties requiring use of tools and equipment such as a hand truck, rake, brush, etc. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements

• This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry light to medium objects weighing 10 to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Must be able to actively bend, stoop, stand, reach, and work in awkward positions.
• Must be able to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical.
