This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Responsible for project execution and program oversight on all civil and military planning and purchasing activities for real property for Federal and Federally cost-shared projects for a variety of customers within the Savannah, Charleston, and Wilmington Districts.

Duties

Serves as the Senior Realty Specialist for project execution and program oversight on all civil and military planning and purchasing activities for real property for Federal and Federally cost-shared projects within the various Districts. Serves as a Technical Advisor on highly complex real estate matters, providing assistance to staff engaged in the preparation of reports, memoranda and other decision documents relative to the planning, and program activities. Applies a mastery of knowledge of realty practices, laws, policies, regulations, management concepts, and principles. Manages and performs work involving project milestones and budgets.

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
