You will serve as an EDUCATIONAL TECHNICIAN in the NAVAL POSTGRADUATE SCHOOL.

Duties

You will use office automation software to prepare a wide variety of documents. You will resolve academic and curriculum issues; refers student and faculty questions to appropriate POC when higher-level decision is needed. You will analyze best practices for accreditation purposes to ensure department compliance with regional accreditation policies and procedures. You will monitor all degrees and certificate program applicants for agreement status.

Qualifications

GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Using office automation software to prepare a wide variety of documents; 2) Overseeing all education support agreements with partners in accordance with DOD guidelines; 3) Maintaining a tracking system for support agreements to record current processes and agreement status; and 4) Monitoring all degrees and certificate program applicants for agreement status. GS-07 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Using office automation software to prepare a wide variety of documents; 2) Overseeing all education support agreements with partners in accordance with DOD guidelines; and 3) Maintaining a tracking system for support agreements to record current processes and agreement status. Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree

OR

Successful completion of 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

OR
