You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND.
Duties
You will archive electronic documents to maintain an organized and accessible computerized database.
You will clarify guidance for administrative support.
You will create spreadsheets, graphs, or charts to report data trends to senior management.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provide support to the Branch personnel by organizing, collecting, analyzing and presenting information related to current and future program/project; 2) Develop and maintain advance spreadsheets and macros; 3) Review incoming correspondence and determines the action required and its priority; 4) Update information to meet office needs and special non standardized reports; 5) Conduct analyses of data to support conclusions and recommendations; 6) Provides assistance with the compilation and preparation of briefing and study reports; 7) Compiles reports and supporting documentation concerning military manning, civilian staffing, budget authorizations and expenditures.
