You will serve as a EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST in the Human Systems Engineering Department, Systems Acquisition Group of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Duties

You will manage hazardous materials, waste disposal and storage locations. You will be aligning F-35 B and C aircraft variants under ESOH program with National Environmental Policy Act, MIL Standard 882, and other ESOH directive considerations. You will inspect all F-35 military personnel via safety/medical enrolled in the Navy and Marine Corps hearing conservation program. You will prepare and deliver ESOH presentations for technical counterparts as well as high-level staff and commanding officers. You will prepare and deliver official technical presentations and written reports to DoD engineers/scientists, staff personnel, foreign officers, and other civilian officials concerning the results of the work.

Requirements

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Work in a technical group dealing with manufacture, utilization, repair, or operation of equipment; 2) Review and apply technical specifications and requirements; 3) Analyze equipment and forecasting spare parts requirements; 4) Read and interpret engineering change orders, equipment requisitions, shop orders, and work orders; 5) Analyze contract specifications and examining pertinent equipment to determine if specifications are met; 6) Analyze or supervise maintenance, repair, or production operations to determine methods of improvement.
