You will serve as a Program Analyst on the F-16 IPT within PMA 226 of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Duties

You will provide cost estimations, cost analysis, reconciliation of cost estimates, financial planning, formulating financial and budget requirements as well as analysis/execution efforts. You will perform program analyses and make trade-off decisions based on performance, cost, risk, and schedule within approved constraints and thresholds. You will plan, track. and execute programmatic projects to satisfy customer requirements. You will evaluate documentation to ensure programmatic needs are consistent with sound business practices and the degree of risk that is involved with the project. You will prepare and present formal oral and written presentations to all levels of government and industry management on program status. funding status. new proposals/initiatives and policy changes to all levels of officials.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Experience in delivery of products within allocated cost, schedule, technical and support bounds; 2) Demonstrating leadership skills (team building, conflict resolution, workload/priority management, technical credibility, etc); 3) Communicating skills between FST/PMA, Fleet/TYCOM and OEM/Industry; 4) Effectively explaining and documenting complex, technical problems; 5) Planning, managing and controlling designated work efforts of team members from the necessary disciplines and managing the use of resources required for successful accomplishment of assigned program areas.
