Qualifications

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions, plan and organize work; and communicate effectively orally and in writing. Experience in substantive and relevant secretarial, clerical, or other responsible work may be qualifying as long as it provided evidence of the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) necessary to perform the duties of the position to be filled. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 24 months or 1-year specialized experience must be equivalent to at least the next lower grade; of experience that has prepared the applicant to perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience factors encompass human resources program's business competencies, familiarity with the subject matter or processes used in human resources programs associated with DoD and/or U.S. Air Force.

Education

Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.

Substitution of Education for Specialized Experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree

or

2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

or

LL.B. or J.D., if related
