This position is Corporate University (CU) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Trainees will perform a variety of duties and assist in the implementation/delivery of training programs, development of courses, curricula, and agendas; trainees will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the program and training effectiveness.

Duties
Assist with the implementation/delivery of training programs.
Assist with the enrollment process, to include maintaining automated databases of participant records.
Perform administrative functions for the overall implementation of courses including logistics associated with scheduling classes and instructors.
Monitoring and evaluating program and training effectiveness.
Assist in monitoring tests and evaluations.
Assist in recommending ways to enhance efficiency and quality through innovations and improvements in the way work is done.
Development of courses, curricula, and conference topics and agendas.
Assist in drafting instructional materials. Supports development of finished products.
Collaborate with other areas to ensure comprehensive training products fulfill the client needs.
Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. CG-04: To qualify candidates must meet one of the following requirements:
1. Education: Completion of two full academic years of post-high school study or associate's degree -or-
2. Experience: One year of general experience to include: progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled -or-
3. Combination of Education and Experience: Equivalent combinations of successfully completed post-high school education and experience may be used to meet total experience requirements.
CG-04: Specialized experience requires one year of general experience. To be creditable, general experience must include progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.
CG-05: To qualify, candidates must meet one of the following requirements:
1. Education: Applicants must have completed 4 academic years of post-high school leading to a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree -or-
2. Experience: One year of specialized experience at least CG-04 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as providing administrative and office automation support -or-
3. Combinations of Education and Experience: A combination of undergraduate level education and specialized experience as described above that together meet the qualification requirements for this position.
CG-05: Specialized experience is experience providing administrative and office automation support. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least CG-04.
Education
A participant must be accepted for enrollment or are enrolled and seeking a degree (diploma, certificate, etc.) in a qualifying educational institution or accepted for enrollment or enrolled in a qualifying career or technical education program that awards a recognized postsecondary credential (such as a Registered Apprenticeship Program, Jobs Corps, AmeriCorps, and Peace Corps) on a full or half-time basis; have at least a cumulative (overall) 2.5 grade point average; and remain in good academic standing – this is the new pedestrian Pathways changes.
