You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION DIVISION of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD.
Duties
You will serve as the United States Marine Corps (USMC) subject matter expert and as the office of record for the Science and Technology (S and T) programs.
You will provide USMC representation and correspondences for meetings, conferences and seminars with the Defense Research and Engineering enterprise (DDR and E), Combatant Commands (COCOMs).
You will provide USMC representation and correspondences for meetings, conferences and seminars with Department of Defense (DoD), agencies, services (domestic and foreign, community organizations, and industry.
You will evaluate, assess for technical merit, review for viability of transition and analyze new technologies and concepts supporting Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
You will draft, review and make recommendations on S and T program proposals.
You will conduct oversight and financial management for S and T projects to include DARPA projects and Joint Capability Technology Demonstration (JCTD's).
You will review work for accuracy and make recommendations for changes to ensure program success.
You will conduct liaison between universities and the Marine Corps in order to build relationships.

- You are required to POSSESS and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- You are required to POSSESS a final TOP SECRET with SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to possess and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing the daily operations of programs; coordinating, developing, integrating, and managing implementations of tactical, technical, technological, and procedural solutions relation to the employment of weapons systems; AND developing program processes and procedures.
