This position is part of the Interior Business Center (IBC), Human Resources Directorate (HRD), IBC HR Directorate Fin Mgmt Bus Ops Office. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting administrative operations to accomplish program goals and objectives that affect all the HRD divisions and over 500 staff.
Duties
Serves as a training coordinator for all of HRD
Credit card purchaser for ordering supplies, equipment and non-monetary award items for HRD. Maintains account information on credit card bills and other invoices. Reconciles, tracks and completes input for credit card transactions and ensures proper documentation and appropriate lines of accounting charged.
Review all remote work requests and agreements for accuracy prior to submittal to HRD AD
Coordinate data calls managed by HRD, Financial Management and Business Operations (FMBO) Office, tracks progress and timelines to keep divisions and team members on track
HR Liaison Activities to include onboarding facilitation activities, and facilitating the review of position descriptions set to expire.
Qualifications
At the GS-11 level, you must meet one of the following qualifications:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-09 level. Specialized experience is that which has equipped the applicant with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. Specialized experience for this position includes: experience in entering training coordination, purchase card transactions and reconciliation, data review for consistency and accuracy, understanding of remote request and agreement processing and procedures, clear understanding of onboarding activities and processes, manning document processes, preparation of supporting documents in support of various organizations; OR
A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.M., if related in one of the following fields: Business Information Systems, Management Science, Information Technology, Analytics, Business Management, Accounting, Finance or other filed directly related to the work of this position. A Combination of education and experience as list above.

TIME-IN-GRADE: Current career or career-conditional employees of the Federal government, or former career or career-conditional employees, who have a break in service of less than one year, are required to meet the time-in-grade restriction of one year of Federal experience at the next lower grade, with few exceptions outlined in 5 CFR 300.603(b).
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
