Duties
This position starts at a salary of $139,395.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $181,216.00 (GS-14, Step 10).

In this position you will serve as the Branch Chief responsible for overseeing a wide variety of mission readiness functions and programs including, Logistics, Information Technology, Asset Management, Facilities Maintenance Liaison, and Fleet Management. Major duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
Serving as the first line supervisor over the Asset Management and Logistics Technology Departments.
Identifying and coordinating all activities involving logistical support and resolves unique issues where no policy exists.
Managing the organization's Asset Management program and delegating execution authority to subordinate staff in program areas to include acquisitions, inventorying, excessing, disposal, and retirement of various types of property.
Managing the Logistics Technology functions by working directly with Office of Information Technology managers to ensure all agency technological requirements are recognized and implemented.
Providing oversight and direction over emergency management and continuity of operations activities and policies.
Qualifications
Experience: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
Overseeing and/or executing program activities associated with all or some of the following: managing assets, Information Technology, managing facilities, emergency management and Continuity of Operations.
Managing the lifecycles of equipment, technology, and other investments to ensure timely replacements are made before critical failures occur.
Delivering executive-level correspondence and communication, clearly and concisely, to senior leaders on issues affecting the organization.
Collaborating with peers at the supervisory/management level.
