You will serve as a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST in the Marine Corps District (MCD), Logistics Branch of 4TH MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will use knowledge of standardized supply regulations to perform technical support duties related to procurement lifecycle actions within the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) program and supporting systems.
You will search different databases to extract information to resolve data discrepancies, respond to questions, provide status, verify information, and other related functions.
You will Initiate corrective actions to eliminate systemic deficiencies. Evaluate exception reports to determine systemic causes.
You will prepare, review, submit, and execute procurement actions chargeable for supplies, equipment, and services using authorized methods in the financial and accounting system.
You will provide systems support as the District Supply AIS manager/Using Unit Account Manager (UUAM) for supply and data programs.
You will manage the District Supply Department of the Navy Taskers within the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) Task Management Tool (TMT).
Requirements

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing logistics and supply operations by providing analysis, procurement lifecycle actions, reconciling fiscal reports, training subordinate commands, and providing specific program support for supply and data systems.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
