Duties
You will provide administrative functions such as researching and preparing statistical material in support of office functions, compiling and developing data such as spreadsheets, PowerPoints, and invoices, and providing customer service.
You will assist in management studies by gathering and researching regulations, interviewing personnel, collecting data, resolving data problems, and providing reports.
You will assist in establishing and maintaining office management by implementing standard operating procedures to ensure smooth operation of the office and recommending development and revision of procedures to the supervisor.
You will use computer systems to create and delete files, search files and records, store or extract material from different types of software, maintain office calendar, and schedule meetings.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Applying clerical and technical procedures, methods, and techniques to support management analysis functions and processes.
2. Developing and advising on methods and policies for providing administrative or information management systems to agencies, such as records, directives, mail, or forms management systems.
3. Maintaining office management and procedures by compiling and organizing files and documents both electronically and manually and developing and advising on processes that support efficient office flow.
