Duties
Plan the use of workers, equipment, facilities, materials and tools on a daily basis.
Coordinate work with supporting or related work functions controlled by other supervisors.
Redirect workers and resources to accomplish work.
Determine level of maintenance/repairs required and the proper equipment/supplies to perform the work.
Recommend solutions to staffing problems, technical requirements, and work operations.

Qualifications
About the Position: The Joint Munitions Command provides the Joint Force with ready, reliable, lethal munitions at the speed of war. JMC's mission is to support the production, storage, distribution, and demilitarization of munitions. This position serves as the Maintenance Supervisor located at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, which is a subordinate installation of JMC. This position organizes, coordinates, and directs the work activities and personnel of sections supervised, and has the authority to adjust plans, assignments, methods and resources to effectively and economically meet the established objectives.

Must possess the ability to perform common tasks including supervising workers and planning work and reviewing all planned jobs to ensure job requirements are addressed and adjusting plans and assignments. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.
