You will serve as a Data Management Specialist in the Project Office of SUPSHIP GULF COAST.
Duties
You will administer management information and workflow systems as they relate to testing and production control elements of the SUPSHIP Gulf Coast Contract Administration responsibilities.
You will track contractor deficiencies, corrective action resolution, adhere to process compliance and processing Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).
You will develop work instructions, workflow, and issue guidelines for new procedure administration and processes.
You will develop methods and procedures use to audit the Technical Support Management system functionality and to ensure data accuracy.
You will provide technical guidance and professional support to the Technical Support Management system users writing advance database queries.
You will coordinate testing of new system changes or upgrades, performs ongoing activities related to the data integrity function to improve the quality and accuracy of the information retrieval systems data and functionality.
Requirements

- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector reviewing Technical Support Management System and Windchill system to ensure data accuracy for contractor testing of ships systems.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
