Duties

Serve as district liaison to address and facilitate strategic resolution of significant issues and set conditions for mission success. Coordinate responses to Congressional inquiries with the vertical team, to include responses to WRDA requests from congressional staffs on the House and Senate Appropriations Subcommittees. Provide direction to the integrated District Support Team and help foster relationships among the Districts, Major Subordinate Command staff, and Headquarters USACE Regional Integration Team. Serve as regional proponent and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Project Delivery Business Process (PDBP) and supporting automated information systems (AISs). Provide guidance and coordination of Agreements (FCSA, DA, PPA, MOU, MOA, etc.), Decision Documents, MFRs, Review Plans, etc.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Incumbent must have or be able to obtain and maintain Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification within 12 months of appointment.
