You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in the Marine Corps Recruit Depot G-4, Installations and Logistics Department of MCRD ERR PI SC.

Duties

You will formulate conclusions and make recommendations based upon analysis and evaluation. You will provide advisory services to supervisors on a range of administrative management support issues, policies, and objectives. You will Reviews appropriate material to include regulatory material issued by higher headquarters, drafts of proposed directives originating in the division, and drafts proposed directives in which the division has an interest. You will coordinate the scheduling, personnel attendance, and records maintenance for departmental training, certification, and licensing. You will maintain control of all localized Standard Operating Procedures, ensures annual review.

Requirements

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing administrative and financial management services for internal budget administration, expenditure management, personnel administrative/liaison, management analysis, and administrative office support. Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

master's or equivalent graduate degree

or

2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

or

LL.B. or J.D., if related
